Main Responsibilities of the Department of Organization and Information Technology

The Department of Organization and Information Technology is responsible for the management, technical support, and smooth operation of the Hospital’s information systems and technological infrastructure, as well as ensuring the accurate integration of administrative and operational processes within the information technology environment.

  1. Information Systems Support and Management
  • Management, configuration, and technical support of the Integrated Information System and other hospital applications.
  • Monitoring the proper operation of applications and ensuring their uninterrupted use by hospital services.
  • Cooperation with suppliers and external partners for upgrades, technical interventions, and problem resolution.
  1. Information Technology Infrastructure and Networks
  • Management and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Ensuring the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of systems and their connectivity with external networks.
  1. Information Security and Access Management
  • Implementation of information systems security policies.
  • Management of user access rights and monitoring of security incidents.
  • Supporting compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
  1. Organizational Support through Information Systems
  • Supporting the organization of hospital processes through the effective use of digital tools and information systems.
  • Providing statistical and operational data to support administrative information needs and decision-making.
  1. Strategic IT Planning
  • Preparation and monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic IT Plan.
  • Monitoring technological developments and preparing technical specifications for the procurement of IT equipment and software.
