DIGITAL SERVICES

Our hospital provides citizens with the ability to submit their requests electronically through the DocuGate platform.

You can now request a hospitalisation certificate, a copy of your medical record, a certificate confirming that no examinations were carried out, and more — easily, quickly, and securely. Access is verified through TAXISnet credentials and a personal digital inbox. In addition, hospital documents can be verified via QR code or verification code.

Please note that access to the e-services.gnaa.gr platform requires authentication using your personal TAXISnet login credentials¹ via the interoperability service of the General Secretariat for Information Systems.
You may also view and print any digitally issued documents as many times as you need.
