He graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Crete, and holds a PhD from the School of Medicine, University of Patras. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma (MSc) in Health Unit Management from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University.
He completed his specialty training in Surgery at the 251 Hellenic Air Force General Hospital (as part of his military service) and his specialty training in Urology at the University Urology Clinic of Patras University Hospital (Rio), where he was awarded the medical specialty title in Urology.
He has served at Aigio Hospital in various senior positions, including President of the Scientific Council, Director of Medical Services, and member of the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Council for the Evaluation and Selection of NHS Physicians at the headquarters of the 6th Health Region (6th Y.P.E.).
Mr Voudoukis has published articles in international medical journals and has contributed to the authorship of a Urology textbook. His main clinical interests include urological oncology and urinary stone disease, while he also practices the full spectrum of general urology. He is actively involved in the development of the Urology Clinic of the East Achaia General Hospital, as well as the broader advancement of the institution, within the framework of existing resources and capabilities.
He has participated in undergraduate teaching of fifth-year medical students at the School of Medicine, University of Patras, delivering lectures in Urology. He has also contributed to the teaching of postgraduate students at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Patras, within the Postgraduate Programme in Molecular Pharmacology - Clinical Pharmacy.
He is a frequent invited speaker at national and international conferences and scientific meetings and has served as a member of the scientific committee of numerous conferences.
